In a classroom setting a spreadsheet allows you to organize and effectively keep data in a desired manner. You are able to create columns and rows as needed complete the task of keeping a record of the students and their grades.With this process you are able to keep track of their attendance and academic progress while in your class.
Teachers are also able to use formulas to compile data so that they are able to keep track of students grades. This virtually eliminates the calculator aside from having to double check the data on the computer. I think that it is still important to keep a record of students grades in a grade book aside from the computer just to have as a back up in case something happens like the grades get changed.clickhere
